City Trip Coordinator
Job description

   Each year, our troop takes a trip to a local large city. In past years, we have gone to Chicago, Kansas City, and St. Louis. This trip usually includes: a trip to a museum, a zoo, an amusement park, and some shopping if it something our Scouts are interested in (Mall of America, Michigan Avenue, etc.).

Duties of the City Trip Coordinator:

  1. Obtain a list of Scouts and family members that plan on attending.
  2. Obtain a list of things the Scouts would like to do in the determined city.
  3. Obtain a list of prices for these things.
  4. Make necessary reservations.
  5. Collect money from people going on trip.
  6. Arrange for any additional drivers.
